Lethal Company Mod Menu: How to install & what are its uses?

Lethal Company is among the most popular games on Steam right now. Even in early access, it has managed to gain a considerable player base. Well, the whole co-op horror experience is immersive and can be shared with friends. Hence, gamers are having a fun time in the game. However, the developer Zeekerss has restricted co-op gameplay to a 4-player lobby only. Well, this can make the fifth person on your CS2 or Valorant squad quite sad. Playing with more friends also enhances the experience of the game. To resolve this, modders released the Lethal Players mod. Want to know more about it? Continue reading.

Zeekerss, the solo developer of Lethal Company, released the game during Halloween month. Well, in-game, players have to scavenge the industrialized moons for scraps. Their main task is to complete the company’s quota. All this while saving themselves from dangerous creatures. Well, playing this game with more friends is an exciting experience. Since the game doesn’t allow players to form a lobby with more than 4 players, modders brought in mods that could do so.

Lobby expansion mods increase the lobby capacity in the game. Officially, Lethal Company only has the capacity for four players in a lobby. So, the modding community has made several mods to increase the lobby size in-game. The Lethal Players mod does the same, but the increase in capacity is by far better than the other mods.

Installation of the Mod

Below, you will find the download links of the mod files, as well as the dependencies that need to be downloaded to use the mod in Lethal Company.

  • Lethal players mod: Main mod file
  • BepInEx: Helps in the functioning of the mod in-game
  • LC API: Links the mod with Lethal Company

Once you have downloaded these files, follow these steps:

  • First, go to Steam.
  • Find Lethal Company in your Steam library.
  • Right-click on it, and choose the Manage option.
  • Select the ‘Browse Local Files’ option to visit the game’s installation directory.
  • Now open the BepInEx file, extract the BepInEx folder, the .dll, and the .ini file into the Lethal Company folder.
  • Next, extract the LC API, find the BepInEx folder in the extracted folder, copy the plugins folder in there, and paste it into the BepInEx folder in the game’s installation directory.
  • Next, unzip the Lethal Players mod, and copy the LethalPlayers.dll file.
  • Now, head over to the BepInEx folder in the game’s directory, then open the plugins folder and paste the .dll file.

Doing so will install the Lethal Players mod in-game. With this mod, you can have a lobby of up to 50 players. That concludes this guide on the lethal players mod. We hope that the guide was helpful.
