The four legendary outfits in The Outlast Trials are the Good Doctor, Redemption, Rusted Llizarov, and Maverick. These outfits can be unlocked by players by completing all tasks/trials in the game. Players need to complete every task/trial they are assigned within their Program and then finish the final one. The tasks grow in difficulty as they progress in the Program until they finally reach Program X.
