In the Powershell Window, you can type in “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers” and hit enter to uninstall it. Then, you can type in “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN” and hit enter to reinstall it.
