Lost Ark is an MMORPG that has been developed by Smilegate Studios. Like with all MMORPGs, there is an in-game currency that is very helpful for progression. Most loot in MMORPGs is either earnt through battle, found in drops, on enemies, or traded for. In the last case, in-game currency is essential. One of these ways is to use pirate coins, which can be used as currency in the game. In this article, we are going to be looking at Lost Ark: How to get Pirate Coins.
These Pirate Coins are in limited supply when you first start out on Lost Ark. Once you begin your progression, these units often become more important. They can be used to purchase commodities and items which speed up progression. It will take you less time to progress to a certain stage with these units than it will be without. Therefore, it is a good idea to earn as many of them as possible and progress faster. Like with all game currencies, there are multiple ways to earn this. That being said, most of these ways are time-consuming and will take some effort on your part.
Lost Ark: How to get Pirate Coins?
There are currently many ways to get these coins in the game. Some of the most common methods are doing quest lines and challenges, but this article will also take a look at some of the other ways to get these coins. Listed below, you will find more than a few ways to get these coins;
1). Una’s Daily Tasks.
By far the most straightforward method to get Pirate Coins is to complete these daily tasks. These tasks will get you a decent amount of pirate coins that you can then spend at your fancy.
2). Island Quest Chains.
Most, if not all, Islands have quest chains. Completing these quest chains usually nets you a substantial amount of Pirate Coins. It may be worthwhile hunting and finishing these questlines if you find yourself in need of some of these coins. As an added bonus, there will also be other rewards in the form of precious resources or island souls.
3). Adventure Islands.
These are Islands that can be visited periodically (once per day on weekdays, twice on weekends) for challenges and adventure. Some of them will net you a pretty hefty sum of pirate coins.
4). High Sea Coin Chests.
These are usually outside all the major cities. They can be acquired from trading ships that take various forms of coin and convert them to pirate coins. This is usually recommended as a last resort because these sea coins have other uses in-game too.
5). Welcome Challenges.
This is for beginners. These challenges are one-time challenges, the rewards for which can range from pirate coins to rare armor and loot. It is a good idea to do as many of these as possible.
