Elden Ring High FPS

To get high FPS and reduce input lag in Elden Ring, we will be changing some in-game as well as some windows settings. Apply the following settings as they are mentioned:

Windows Settings

  1. Turn the Game Mode ON. For that, type “Game Mode” in Windows Search Bar and select it. After that, enable it.
  2. Turn the Xbox Game Bar OFF. Find this setting just below the Game Mode.
  3. Just below the Xbox Game Bar option, you can find the Captures settings. Turn this setting off.
  4. Type Graphics Settings in the Windows Search bar and hit enter. From here, make sure to enable Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling. After that, click on the Browse option present under the Graphics Performance Preference section and then search for the .exe file of Elden Ring. You can either visit the game installation folder or simply search for it in the Search Bar at the top right corner of that window. After Elden Ring is added to the Graphics Performance Preference section, click on it, select Options, and choose High Performance.
  5. Make sure to update your Graphics Driver to the latest version. Take the help of the following links to make it easier:
    • NVIDIA Graphics
    • AMD Graphics
  6. If you are using AMD Radeon Software, then set the Minimum Frequency at 150 points lower than the Maximum Frequency. You can find these settings in the Tuning section of the Performance Tab.
  7. Set the Power Option to High-Performance mode–
  8. Type “Power and Sleep settings” on Windows Search Bar. Now, select the Advanced Power Options and set it as “High-performance mode” to maximize your PC’s performance
