Wild Hearts is an action-packed role-playing video game that has players venturing through the world of Azuma, fighting massive monsters known as Kemono. The game is set in feudal Japan and was released for next-gen consoles and PC on 16th February. Players are already diving into the game, setting off on their monster-hunting adventure. To succeed in the game, players must upgrade their weapons and armor, and Lightstone is one of the resources required to do so. In this guide, we’ll take you through the steps of how to get your hands on Lightstone.
In Wild Hearts, you will be hunting monsters of all sorts, and these monsters will only get tougher to defeat once you start progressing in the game. This makes weapon upgrades all the more important. To do so, you will need materials like Lightstone. So if you are looking forward to this material for those necessary upgrades, keep reading this article till the end.
Wild Hearts Lightstone: How to get
If you are struggling to find Lightstone, the possible reason could be that you haven’t progressed far enough in the game yet. More specifically, Lightstone can be found in the Akikure Canyon. But the catch is that players will need to complete the first chapter and start the second one to reach this canyon. When you make it here, just head over to the nearest mountains as the Lightstones are scattered around in this rocky terrain. Keep your eyes on the walls of the caves and mountains that you explore in this canyon and you should see a Lightstone. Their yellowish glow will also aid you in spotting them.
After you have spotted these bright glowing Lightstones, walk over to them and press the corresponding button on your keyboard or a controller to “Mine” this item, thereby acquiring it. Now, if the canyons do not provide enough of this material for you, then you can make your way over to the Fuyufasagi Fort. There will be monsters along the way so be prepared for a fight. If you manage to make it to the Fort then all that is left for you is to explore the area. Lighstones are scattered all over so it should not be hard to locate them. We recommend players check around cliffs and tumbled-down ruins for this material.
In addition to gathering Lightstone through exploration, players can also passively harvest it through the Tsukumo Ore Shrine. This feature can be unlocked in the Caracara Skill Tree which allows players to harvest Ore without having to explore around looking for it. However, this approach requires a bit of patience as it takes time to accumulate the desired resources. With that, we have reached the end of this article. You should now be able to get your hands on Lightstone in Wild Hearts. Don’t forget to follow Digistatement for more tips and tricks to help you on your journey through your favorite games.
