There are other things as well to keep in mind while trying to redeem a code:
- Some codes can be region-specific, so you should check on Google if it’s meant for your region.;
- The codes are case sensitive, hence they need to be entered in the same manner as listed on the website.
- After exceeding the usage limit for the codes for the same account, they cannot be redeemed again.

The steps to redeem these codes will differ slightly depending on the operating system of your device. We have listed the steps for both Android and iOS users.
For Android:
- Launch the game and click on your avatar in the top left corner of the screen.
- Then click the Settings button that appears in the screen’s bottom left corner.
- Click the Gift Code button and enter your code, then press “Redeem”.
For iOS
- Open the game and click on your avatar in the top left corner. Note your Player ID under your username.
- Visit the Gift Code Center and enter the Player ID along with the code.
- Check your in-game mailbox to claim the rewards.
