Stardew Valley Prismatic Slime location, level & more details

A concert tour, a cooking book, a board game—there’s just so much fun stuff Stardew Valley players are getting. The game itself is enjoying a pretty active player base, and ConcernedApe has already shared some details on the upcoming 1.6 version update of the game. Players already have hundreds of hours’ worth of content, and this new update is sure to add a lot more. And all this can be overwhelming for some new players. That’s why guides such as this one exist. And the focus here is going to be the Prismatic Slime.

Contrary to their name, farm-sims also consist of things like mining, dungeon exploration, and other exciting things. The same goes for Stardew Valley, too. In your dungeon runs or mine runs in the game, you will come across a variety of enemies, and the Prismatic Slime happens to be one of them. So, continue reading to see what kind of enemy it is and get all the details, ranging from location to rewards.

Stardew Valley Prismatic Slime location, level & more details

The Prismatic Slime is a special type of monster that’s mostly found in places like Quarry Mine, Skull Cavern, and the Mines. It can spawn at any level of these places, provided you have accepted the Wizard’s Special Order—Prismatic Jelly. It’s also quite easy to identify a Prismatic Slime from the normal ones since the former keeps cycling through different colors. Additionally, players who have access to Shrine of Challenge can toggle it off or on depending on their preference, as the Prismatic Slime can just appear whether the mines are in a Normal or Dangerous state.

The reason Prismatic Slime is so special is due to the item that it drops. Players can only get Prismatic Jelly by defeating a Prismatic Slime, and you need the Prismatic Jelly to complete the Wizard’s Special Order. However, do know that Prismatic Slime possesses a very high HP of about 1000 along with a damage of 35. Compared to normal slime, it’s pretty tough.

Furthermore, when the Wizard’s Special Order is active, always check out your luck since there’s a 1.2% chance that each and every slime spawned in the previously mentioned places can get replaced with a Prismatic Slime. Those who don’t know how to check their Daily Luck, need to just interact with the television in their bedroom and then select Fortune Teller.

Once you defeat a Prismatic Slime, it will drop a Prismatic Jelly, which you need to give to the Wizard and complete the Special Order. Upon the order’s completion, you will be rewarded with 5000g and the recipe for Monster Musk. You will need about 30 Slime and 30 Bat Wings to craft a Monster Musk, which can then be used to receive the Monster Musk buff. This particular buff lasts for about ten minutes in total and doubles the enemy number on a floor in all the mines.

Well, that’s all we have on this topic. Additionally, if you want to know what red heart means in the game, check out this guide. And as always, don’t forget to follow DigiStatement for more such content. Also read: Stardew Valley: Where to get beets
