Games and their concepts are not purely fictional. We have games like Call of Duty and LA Noire that are based on true events. Games of such nature give us, the players, a chance to get a first-hand experience of what happened during that event. Games of this kind are pretty rare to come by. One such game is “Six Days in Fallujah”, which has been receiving a lot of attention lately since its release in June 2023. The game was considered pretty controversial for a lot of reasons and was on the trending list for a long time. And finally, it is out now for all PC players. Well, many are wondering when the game will be released for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. If you are interested in knowing the same, consider reading until the end.
Players who have been following the game since its initial public announcement know exactly what it offers. This tactical shooter includes a ton of violent and heartbreaking events faced by marines, soldiers, and even civilians during the second battle of Fallujah. The developers of the game were hell-bent on delivering the most realistic experience possible to the players, and they have surprisingly achieved it. Every single event that is depicted in the game happened during the battle in 2004. The game includes real-life footage, audio, and even testimonies from the soldiers themselves who participated in the war. As of now, it is available only on PC, which is why console players are more than interested in knowing when it will be released on their platforms.

However, if we go by the trend that has been followed by most development studios, Six Days in Fallujah should have been released on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S only. The old-gen consoles aren’t powerful enough to run modern games, which is why the upcoming titles are better suited to be released on current-gen consoles. However, since the developers have decided on supporting old-gen consoles as well, it will be interesting if the Nintendo Switch is also on the list.
