Delete the game’s cache and create a new save folder –

Deleting the game’s cache files can be a proper fix for the error code. Likewise, the game’s cache may be the reason for the game save issue. In order to delete the game’s cache files, you have to exit the game and go to the folder path: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/cache. Next up, you have to delete the cache files only. Then, you have to cut and move the saves folder to your Desktop. Now, restart the game to create a new save folder. You can now close the game and copy the save game from the folder on your Desktop to the new folder.

Load a game from your backup saves –

The game automatically keeps up to five backup saves. Thus, you can restore to any one of the backup saves to fix the error code. Likewise, you can restore a backup save from the game. In order to load a backup save, you have to click on the Load button on the main screen. Next up, you have to select any of the backup saves before the error. Then, you have to click on the Recover Save button.

Remove Sims 4 Mods –

Using different mods in the game can be the main reason for this issue to occur. Likewise, mods may also be the reason for the error code. Therefore, removing all the Sims 4 Mods can also fix the error code issue.
