Returnal Error CE-100028-1

This error has occurred after the latest patch that came out. It has caused some irreversible problems such as deleting the saved data on your PS5. Some gamers even had to start over and just leave behind their old save files. Since this is a roguelite game which means that you already have to play some areas again and again to get some items. Even the deaths are permanent so you also have to keep that in mind.

The devs had to roll back the recent patch to stop this from happening. you can see that in the following tweet by the developers of the game Housemarque’s official Twitter handle.

Patch 1.3.3 has been pulled and we are reverting back to 1.3.1 until it’s fixed. We are fixing the issue now and a new patch will be published in a few hours All users affected by the 1.3.3 need to re-download the game. Our sincerest apologies.
