2024 is certainly looking to be another banger of a year for video games. We already got to play great titles like Tekken 8, Palworld, and Granblue Fantasy: Relink, and that’s just the beginning of a long and continuing list. Then there are also the upcoming games such as Southfield, Black Myth: Wukong, Sonic X Shadow Generations, and the subject of this article, Project Hornet. Antistatic Studios, the developer behind Project Hornet, just recently released a teaser trailer for the game and fans are more than excited. So excited that many want to know if they will be able to play the game on their PC handhelds.
The Steam Deck did what previous PC handhelds couldn’t do. Thanks to Valve’s development of the device and how affordable the Deck is, the popularity of PC handhelds was bound to rise. And that’s going on to this day, with other devices like the Asus Rog Ally and the Lenovo Legion Go. Now, with all these PC handhelds around, it’s only evident that users would want to know whether a game is playable on their device or not. The same goes for fans of Project Hornet, too. So, let’s go ahead and find out all about that.
Project Hornet Steam Deck, Asus Rog Ally & Lenovo Legion Go Support Details
Currently, there’s very little information available on Project Hornet. What we do know about is the game’s premise, which happens to be quite similar to what SCP is about. Aside from that, the developers haven’t released any more information on the game. Project Hornet isn’t even the game’s actual name, as it’s just a codename right now. The teaser trailer, which we talked about in the earlier paragraphs, only showed gameplay and nothing else. So, at this point, we can’t really give you any solid information on whether the game will support PC handhelds.
While we might not have much info on the game right now, we do know that the devs have plans to release more information on it later on. Now, if the game gets released for PC, which we believe it will, then it’s more than likely that Rog Ally and Legion Go players will be able to enjoy the game on their devices. As for the Steam Deck, if the game is available on the Steam store, you won’t have much trouble running it. However, if it doesn’t, you can always dual-boot Windows on it to run the game.
In conclusion, all you can do right now is wait for the devs to share more info about Project Hornet. When we do get some details on it, we will be sure to let you know. Fans can also join Project Hornet’s official Discord to interact with the community and even get to know more about the game’s lore and such.
Well, that’s all the details we have on the game right now.
