Potionomics is one of those games that is made for players who are hungry for sorcery. Well, at least at some level. The game offers unique gameplay simulation tactics which entail the player to do multiple things at once. There is no one formula to play it and the players are at liberty to play the game at their pace. With some awesome levels of friendship and other relationships building, the game is unique in its way. It also provides players with some healthy in-game pressure in the form of debt. Yes, that is right. You have to repay a debt as part of the main narrative story. Let us now look at some other aspects of the game. To be precise, let us find out whether Potionomics offers Full Controller support.
Who doesn’t want to play their favorite games using a proper gaming controller? The feel of revolving joysticks and those symbolic buttons as opposed to buttons on the keyboard work better. And let us face it, the controller is designed to fit into the shape of our hands. Sadly, a keyboard just isn’t supposed to serve this sort of function. This is also one of the reasons that we will look at whether there is Full Controller support available in the game Potionomics. If we were to speak frankly, there are advantages when you have a game that allows Controller support. See it this way – how many times do you have to struggle to reach specific keys on your keyboard to match the gameplay? And is this the same case with a controller? We think not.
Potionomics Full Controller Support: Is it available?
Let us come right to the discussion of whether there will be Full Controller support available for Potionomics. It is not such a simple answer but so far here is the answer that suffices. There is no mention of the Full Controller support on the Steam store page even when the game has been released. This means that so far it is safe to say there is no Controller support available. Sadly, the players will then have to make use of their computer mice and keyboards for the time being. This is disappointing news for sure. There is also currently no word from the developers on this issue so all we can do is wait.
The game was released for the fans on the 17th of October, and a day before that the fans had a big discussion regarding this. However, some fans who played the demo version of the game mentioned specifically that “it is a point-and-click game”. They also did not feel any need to use the keyboard much most of the time, so, considering all this, we think that the players are better off playing the game with a mouse rather than a controller. Needless to say, the developers will surely let the fans know if they are planning to launch Full Controller support for the game when the time is right.
