Pokemon Sleep: How to get Slumbering Sleep Type

There’s a new Pokemon app in town. Called Pokemon Sleep, it happens to be a sleep-tracking app developed by Select Button along with Pokemon Go developer Niantic. Officially launched on July 17, 2023, the app also includes Pokemon to make everything more interactive and fun. Available for Android and iOS devices, Pokemon Sleep is a fun little project with a charm of its own. Now, one of the many great things about the app is that it also lets you check your sleep type and accordingly rewards you with Pokemon. And if you are reading this article, then you must be looking to get the Slumbering Sleep type.

Right now, Pokemon Sleep is still in its infancy. And we are sure that the app will bring lots more content to users over the upcoming months. Now, you might think that getting the Slumbering Sleep type is hard, but in fact, it’s not. Follow this guide, and you will have all the details on this topic.

Pokemon Sleep: How to get Slumbering Sleep Type

As the name itself clearly suggests, the slumbering sleep type is one of many sleeping patterns in real life. There are many sleep types featured in the game, and this is one of them. In Pokemon Sleep, the Slumbering Sleep Type is mostly denoted as the one where the user makes the least number of noises in their sleep while also sleeping soundly and moving less. To get the Slumbering Sleep type, just sleep soundly in your bed (duh!) for a minimum of 8 hours at the very least without creating too much noise, waking up in the middle of the night, or even tossing and turning at regular intervals. You can choose to sleep either during the day or at night. But in our opinion, nighttime is much more suitable. Also, if you didn’t already know, in Pokemon Sleep, users can only record up to two sessions per day (90 minutes minimum). So plan your sleep schedule according to that.

Any other ways to get the Slumbeirng Sleep Type?

Well, there is another way you could get the Slumbering Sleep type in Pokemon Sleep. All you need to do is flip your phone upside down and leave it like that for a minimum of eight hours. This will count as undisturbed sleep in the app, and you will get the Slumbering Sleep type. Although this one sounds like “cheating”. Regardless, you can try it out if you still want to.

Like other sleep types, you can get Pokemon from the Slumbering Sleep type too. These are –

Wynaut Psychic

Larvitar Rock/Ground
Sudowoodo Rock
