The beloved Pokemon franchise is a part of this app, making things more interesting. Through Pokemon Sleep, players tend to develop a healthy sleep schedule without any distractions. Here, you are required to keep your device near your pillow with the app turned on. Pokemon Sleep will track your sleep activity until you wake up. The more you sleep, the more Pokemon you attract! This has a lot of Pokemon lovers looking forward to sleeping. This is what Pokemon Sleep focuses on offering its players. The game gives you Snorlax, the cute Pokemon who is known to eat and sleep all day long in its initial stages. But as you progress, you will start collecting new and interesting Pokemon, and this is where the game gets fun. You must look after the Pokemon you have collected. Now, each of those Pokemon is vested with special types of Main skills and Sub-skills. The Main skills are unlocked as soon as you recruit the Helper Pokemon, a feature in-game. But the Sub-skills can only be unlocked when the Pokemon reaches a certain stage. These skills can help you with a variety of things. From leveling up your Pokemon faster to restoring the energy of the user, these skills will surely come in handy. Now, let us get into the list of skills available in Pokemon Sleep.

Main Skills

These skills are exclusive to each Pokemon species present in the game. These are:

  • Charge Strength M = Snorlax’s Strength is increased by 880.
  • Cooking Power-Up S = Grants your pot some additional room for 7 more ingredients.
  • Charge Strength S = Snorlax’s Strength is increased by 400.
  • Extra Helpful S = Helper Pokemon’s usual help is increased by 4x.
  • Ingredient Magnet S = Gives you 6 randomly chosen ingredients.
  • Charge Energy S = Restores the User’s energy by 12 points.
  • Metronome = A single randomly chosen main skill is used.

Sub Skills

The Sub Skills are secondary and can vary among pokemon of the same species. However, they remain active as long as the pokemon is included in the team. The sub skills featured in Pokemon Sleep are:

  • Berry Finding S = Increases the number of berries this Pokemon can discover by 1.
  • Helping Bonus = Enables Team Members to help 5% faster.
  • Dream Shard Bonus = Increases the amount of Dream Shards by 6% you receive during sleep research.
  • Helping Speed M = Pokemon equipped with this feature can help 14% faster.
  • Ingredient Finder M = The Pokemon with this sub skill will find ingredients more often than usual.
  • Helping Speed S = Pokemon equipped with this feature can help 7% faster.
  • Ingredient Finder S = Increases the chance that the Pokemon with this sub skill will discover ingredients just a little bit.
  • Inventory Up L = Gives the Pokemon an additional 18 items and berries in its maximum inventory.
  • Research EXP Bonus = Increases by 6% the amount of EXP you receive for conducting sleep research.
  • Inventory Up M = Increases the maximum amount of ingredients and berries that this Pokemon may possess by 12.
  • Skill Level Up S = Increases this Pokemon’s Main skill by 1 level.
  • Skill Trigger M = Increases the likelihood that this Pokemon will utilize its Main skill.
  • Inventory Up S = 
  • Inventory Up M = Increases the maximum amount of ingredients and berries that this Pokemon may possess by 6.
  • Skill Trigger S = Slightly increases the likelihood that this Pokemon will utilize its Main Skill.

How to Change Skills in Pokemon Sleep?

Unfortunately, the game does not have an option that allows you to change a Pokemon’s skill. The main skill and sub skills of a Pokemon cannot be altered. They are exclusive and unchangeable. If you want to use another skill of your choice, you can only do that by developing friendships and recruiting a Pokemon that has the desired skill.
