Update: Some players reported that the issue in Pokemon go Gotcha can be fixed using a simple workaround. You can follow the steps below for the same –
- Firstly, you have to launch the game and then go to the main menu.
- Next up, you have to go to the settings at the top right and go to Pokemon GO Plus settings.
- Here, you have to turn on the Push notifications option.

However, Niantic made an official announcement stating that they have disabled BT devices including Poké Ball Plus and Pokémon GO Plus as they are investigating a bug with Zorua. So, until the issue is fixed, you might not be able to connect Gotcha devices to your PoGo app.
Trainers, we are temporarily disabling Bluetooth devices like the Poké Ball Plus and Pokémon GO Plus as we investigate an issue with Zorua. We will provide an update when this functionality has been restored.
