Pokemon Go players can rejoice as Niantic has revealed the details regarding the December Spotlight hour. It will take place every Tuesday from 6 pm to 7 pm in your local time zone. Each Spotlight Hour will feature a different Pokemon & special bonus.
Starting from Tuesday, December 1, 2020, Seel will be the first spotlight Pokemon for December. Players will earn Twice the XP for evolving Pokemon under this Spotlight hour. Second Spotlight Pokemon for December will be Swinub & it will come into Spotlight on December 8, 2020. Players can earn twice Stardust for catching Pokemon.
On December 15 Spotlight hour, there will be a surprise Pokemon & players can earn twice Candy for catching Pokemon. Snorunt will come into Spotlight on December 22, 2020, & players can earn twice the candy for transferring Pokemon. On Tuesday, December 29, 2020 Snover will be in the spotlight, and players can earn twice the XP for evolving Pokémon.
Also, Pokemon Go official Twitter is teasing a new mysterious Raid egg. Many clues are suggesting that it will be a Psychic Type Pokemon. In one of the Twitter post, we can observe a plane flying in the background with number 677 on its banner. Have a look at the video below.

If we will match up number 677 with Pokedex, we will see a Psychic-type Pokemon Espurr. Another video shared by Pokemon Go Twitter channel says that the Raid Egg contains a Pokemon first found in the Kalos Region. So, there are high chances that the Pokemon which has been teased by the official Twitter channel is Espurr.
