Xiaomi’s sub-brand company POCO is very popular company in the smartphone market for launching flagship killer devices. Launched back in 2018, POCO smartphone uses Xiaomi’s MIUI on the top of Android.
In this article, we are going to share you the Xiaomi POCO X4 expected features and launch date based on its predecessor. The latest POCO X Series model- POCO X3 was launched earlier this year in September.
POCO X3 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G Octa-core chipset with MIUI 12 running on Android 10. As the POCO X3 features Snapdragon 732 chipset, POCO X4 could possibly feature some gaming focused processor as downgrading from the current one will be a bad move for the company.
So, we can expect the POCO X4 model to arrive with high-performance low-cost processor like Qualcomm Snapdragon 750 G or Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor or any equivalent Helio or Dimensity Series processor to step up the gaming experience. Oneplus Nord which is a mid-range premium smartphone also features the Snapdragon 765 processor.
It has been observed that POCO M series smartphone has good battery backup and POCO X3 comes with 6000 mAh Li=Po battery. So, we can assume the same for POCO X4 as well. We might see 65W fast charging in the new X4 model. The features like 6.67 IPS LCD 120Hz display, Gorilla Glass protection, side mounted fingerprint, 64MP+13MP+2MP+2MP quad camera setup are likely to remain same for the POCO X4 model.
POCO M4 will possibly have 5G connectivity support and might be available in blue and Gray colours. The expected price is 230$(Rs. 16,999) for 64GB 6GB RAM variant, 250$(Rs.18,499) for 128GB 6GB RAM variant and 270$(Rs. 19,999) for 128GB 8GB RAM variant.
There is no any official clarification about the POCO X4 model from the Company, but we can expect the release in the Q1 of 2021.
