Poco unveiled the Poco X2 today in India and Poco India regional manager C Manmohan said, Poco X2 kernel source will be available on GitHub, starting from today. For those who are unaware, Kernel is something that acts as an interface between software and hardware. Component makers and independent developers need the Kernel source code to make software and other things for the devices. Every smartphone has its own Kernel source. OEMs don’t usually release the Kernel sources of the smartphones right at the launch event. It is good to see that Poco has released the Kernel source for Poco X2 on Github today itself.
