Poco M2 came with Android 10 out of the box but, hasn’t yet received even a single Android 11 beta update. Users have filled several forums and comments section with their doubts regarding when they can see Android 11 on Poco M2. So in this article, I am going to talk about the Android 11 update for Poco M2.

Poco M2 was released in September this year. So, there is no question about whether this device will get an Android 11 update because Xiaomi usually provides two major OS updates. So, Poco M2 will undoubtedly get Android 11. The only question which is revolving in the users’ mind is, When? When will Poco M2 get the Android 11 update?

Xiaomi is currently busy providing Android 11 updates to Mi 10 series and Redmi K30 series, there might be a slight delay for this update to arrive on budget section devices and mid-range devices.

As per my expectations, Poco might start internal testing for the Poco M2 Android 11 update in a few weeks and we could get this update before Q2 of 2021

PocoM2

Poco M2 brings a 6.53″ IPS LCD screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. This handset is powered by a Mediatek Helio G80 and is backed by a 5000 mAh battery. This device boasts a quad-camera setup at the rear with a 13MP wide + 8MP ultrawide + 5MP macro + 2MP depth-sensing camera. On the front, you can see an 8MP camera for selfies.
