Having issues with Spotify ? Many users are having “No internet” issue on Spotify [ Spotify Down]

@ItsEliP I still can’t deal with how Spotify will tell you there’s no internet connection whilst you’re staring at full 4G and every other app working completely fine.

@IanUSA01 Hey @SpotifyCares I have a Galaxy S9+ with Spotify Premium, I love the service so far,n but occasionally my app will say “No Internet Connection” when I have full service/WiFi, and i have to clear the cache to resolve that error message. Can this be permanently fixed?

@Reggaeboyss @Spotify please fix the app, at times it say no connection even on wifi even though other apps are having connection. Its frustrating and I dont want to go back to Google Play or Apple Music?… ? please fix

So far, there is no official response from the company representatives. We certainly hope that the issues will be resolved quickly.
