There have been times when a movie has gained its inspiration from a video game series. Akihiro Hino created Ni no Kuni, a video game series that saw Level-5 publishing it in Nippon (we mean Japan.) Meanwhile Bandai Namco took responsibility for the worldwide promotion.
The initial games in the series mostly feature Oliver, a young boy, on his quest to save his mother and halt the looming evil. Evan Pettiwhisker Tildrum, a young king who has been usurped from his palace, goes out to retake his realm in the sequel. The games have various magical features, including the ability to use magical skills during gameplay and familiars, who may be tamed for battle fit.
December 2010 as a project celebrating Level-5’s tenth anniversary. In November 2011, Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, an improved version of the game for the PlayStation 3, was published in Japan. The games were created independently, with similar tales but significantly different artwork, visuals, and specifications. For the Western market, Bandi Namco brought out a translated version of the game in January 2013.
Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom was published in March 2018 on Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 4. In addition, three mobile games have been developed: Hotroit Stories, released in December 2010 through the Roid service, is a social card game in which players collect cards featuring Daibouken Monsters.
Ni No Kuni 3 Release Date for PS5, Windows (PC) & Xbox Series X
While Ni no Kuni fans need to wait for the official statement regarding the third part (Ni no Kuni – 3,) fans are already excited for another part! The mobile gamers can save the date of June 10th, 2021 as the day when On June 10, 2021, Netmarble will release Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds for Android and iOS in Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. The story follows a beta tester for Soul Diver, a fictitious virtual reality game that sends them to Ni no Kuni’s universe. There will be five different character classes, as well as a multiplayer kingdom featuring player vs player warfare.
