There have been new rumours surfacing online that suggest that the new Jurassic Park game which is presumed to be a sequel to Jurassic World Evolution is set to be announced at this year’s summer fest. Let’s take a look at these leaks and analyse their authenticity, shall we?
The news of a new Jurassic Park game coming out soon may as well be taken as an official source at this point since the official Jurassic World Twitter page actually tweeted out a short gif of the game’s engine recreating a scene from the original movie, where a dinosaur’s eyes are peeking through dense foliage. While many were quick to say that this might just be teasing the new movie that is coming out soon as well, that rumour has been thoroughly quashed by the fact that this gif looks nothing like the original movie scene in terms of graphics, and that the official Jurassic World: The Game Twitter account also replied to this tweet with three peekaboo emojis. While there is a very high chance that this is indeed the sequel to Jurassic World Evolution, a good section of the game’s fanbase still has hopes for an open-world action-adventure Jurassic World game. I think we can all agree on the fact that something like this would be absolutely immense, and if done right could easily be a game of the year candidate. Have a look at the gif posted by the Jurassic World account here. The gif is accompanied by the caption of the famous three monkeys symbolizing hear no evil, see no evil, and speak no evil. Obviously, in this case, the iconic monkey can be seen as being used in a different context.
We hope you enjoyed this coverage of the new Jurassic World game. All we have left to do now is wait. Cheers!
