Chapter 253 of my hero academia reveled some major information about the identity of Kurogiri. It was shown at the end of the chapter that Kurogiri can be none other than Oboro Shirakumo. If you don’t know who Oboro is, he was a classmate and friend of Eraser Head when he was studying at UA.
Oboro was also known as the loud cloud (his hero name) and has quirk cloud which helps him generates clouds. He has light blue wavy hair as a special trait. He was shown in the manga boku no hero academia: vigilantes. He was thought to be dead by everyone after fighting a villain due to which only Aizawa was set on a loner path.
In chapter 253 it was revealed by mic that Kurogiri may be none other than Oboro.
Spoilers of the next chapter has arrived which seems to be a flashback of Aizawa or it may be the class which was said to be expelled by Aizawa. It seems like after expeelling the whole class he re-enrolled them all and students seem to be grateful to him as they have learned from it.
