WB Games has finally released the much-awaited Joker DLC as a part of Mortal Kombat season one content. DC Elseworlds Skin Pack containing three skins each based on a different character from the DC Comics universe are released along with Joker. Both contents are available as early access for Mortal Kombat Pack 1 owners.
While many users are rejoicing, many are facing problems in downloading the Elseworlds Skin Pack and Joker DLC. WB Games has already acknowledged the reports and released an official statement on Twitter.

#MK11 kombatants, we are aware that some Kombat Pack owners are having difficulty downloading the DC Elseworlds Skin Pack. We encourage you to not purchase the pack separately as this issue is being investigated. We'll provide an update as soon as the issue has been resolved.
