One renowned Kodi Build named as KODIUKTV is no more. So, just in case you are worrying why KODIUKTV addons are not working you. Don’t worry; there is no problem from your end. KODIUKTV has been shut down due to some legal actions.
KODIUKTV also tweeted on their official twitter handle about the shutdown of their builds, repo, and addons:
We took our website offline 10days ago closed our repo and the builds due to legal demands against us.
We will say more when we can bring the site back up safely. But the builds & repo will not be back nor will we host any add-ons anymore for anyone.
As reported by TorrentFreak, Federation Against Copyright Theft (FACT) has is behind the shutting down of the popular KODIUKTV addon. The Authority was successful in finding the people behind KODIUKTV.
FACT CEO Kieron Sharp said :
“Our message is clear and consistent; we will act to prevent pirated content appearing on illicit streaming devices. FACT continues to monitor channels used to advertise, market, sell and distribute apps, devices and streams and will take action against the suppliers and operators,”
