A lot of time has passed and we are seeing the characters who are descendants several generations down the line of the characters we know in the manga. All of the popular characters have been reincarnated.
There are several students, a kindergarten teacher, a director/dean, a scientist, a policeman, husband+wife shop owners, etc. The chapter ends with two characters from the old era being shown. One human and one demon on a yellow picture, next to it are certain earrings. Someone watches over them carefully, in silence. End.

Tanjiro wakes up in the butterfly mansion. Nezuko is just alongside him, while Inosuke and Zenitsu are still sleeping. The world has no longer demons, but this feat took many sacrifices. Tanjiro’s one eye and arm have stopped working as a result of a deadly fight.
Yushiro revealed that Shinobue’s medicine and his bit to Nezuko had developed antidote cells in his body. Now Tanjiro has tremendous potential as a demon.
On the other hand, Ubuyashiki, Sanemi, and Giyu hold a final Hashira meeting where Ubuyashiki disbands the demon slayer corps. Tengen, Senjuro, and Shinjuro also come to meet Tanjiro and others. Hyottoko gang also arrive there. Tanjiro meets Kanao near the Sakura tree called Victory. Kanao pets Kaburamaru that wind Hashira gave her after Iguro’s death.
Sanemi meets Nezuko and asks about her injuries. She reveals that she was asleep for two years. Seeing here reminds him of his brother, and then he walks away after wishing her for good health.
Tanjiro meets his master, and then he and his group go to the home village where they meet Saburo and finally clean the house and have a joyful day.
