Titled Who is it on my back, chapter 141 begins with Itadori finding a knife inside a random car. This makes him remember the flowing cursed lessons Gojo had taught him. Though he tries to fuse his cursed energy with the knife, he fails to perfect it. As his attention is diverted elsewhere, Yuta is able to cut him with his sword. Itadori manages to break the sword, however, loses his knife in the struggle.
Correction- With the sword and knife broken, he assumes that he and Yuta are unarmed. However, Riko manages to hold him down resulting in Yuta stabbing him with the broken sword. Seeing this, Sukuna switches place with Itadori and then smiles when something else catches his attention.
