The latest entry into developer Flazm’s Train Valley series is all set to launch this year. Called Train Valley World, it was announced last year in 2023 for PC and since then, fans have been waiting to hear more about it. Publisher tinyBuild recently showcased their upcoming releases through tinyBuild Connect 2024. Along with the announcement of Punch Out 2: The Iron Fist DLC, Kingmakers, The King is Watching and more, tinyBuild also announced the release of Train Valley World on August 8th. Now that there is an official release date of the game for PC, many fans are also waiting to hear about the game’s console release.
Inspired by titles like Sid Meir’s Railroads and Railroad Tycoon 2, Train Valley World is an ambitious project from Flazm. While the PC version is already confirmed, many fans are also looking forward to enjoying the game on their consoles. That’s why some are asking if there’s already a console release date for Train Valley World too. So, without much further ado, let’s go ahead and find out all about that.
Is there a Train Valley World PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One & Nintendo Switch Release Date
At the time of publishing this, Train Valley World doesn’t have a console release planned. As we stated earlier, the game right now is only scheduled for a PC release on August 8th of this year. Flazm, so far, hasn’t communicated any plans for a console release of the game, which is certainly a bummer for those who want to enjoy it on other platforms.
Will Train Valley World ever be released on consoles in the future?
Most likely. Now, you might be asking why we think so. Well, the two previous entries in the Train Valley series – Train Valley and Train Valley 2, both eventually made their way to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch consoles. As such, we are of the opinion that this upcoming title will follow the same route if we are to go by the previous release patterns of Train Valley and Train Valley 2. However, plans can change. Train Valley World remaining a PC exclusive is unlikely but it can happen if Flazm decides not to release the game on consoles. But at the end of the day, these are just speculations from our side so take all this with a huge grain of salt. If we do get some official announcement of sorts regarding Train Valley World’s console release, we will be sure to let our readers know all about it. Till then, you can enjoy the Train Valley World demo that’s available on Steam right now.
