January 2024 is just about to end, and we have already seen so many great games being announced and even released. From Palworld to AI Limit, 2024 is certainly looking to be another incredible year for video games too. And just recently, we also got to see the announcement of 18Light Game’s upcoming title, NanoApostle. The Taiwanese video game studio released an announcement trailer on January 25, 2024, which, besides showing gameplay, also let players know that the game will be arriving on PC. But it seems like fans aren’t satisfied with that and want to know when it’s releasing for consoles.
For the uninitiated, NanoApostle is a dark sci-fi boss rush title with “intense reaction-based combat and a unique “Destruction Point” system”. You will be playing as Anita, a little girl who’s been augmented with nanomachines and wants to escape the top-secret facility she’s currently in. But this escape wouldn’t be so easy, as you would have to go against dangerous enemies ranging from “fire-spewing behemoths” to “axe-wielding mechs”. Suffice it to say, NanoApostle is looking to be an exciting title with a great combat system. With so much stuff to try and see, it’s only evident that players would want to know when the game will be playable on consoles. So, without much further ado, let’s find out.
Is there a NanoApostle PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One & Nintendo Switch Release Date
At the time of publishing this, both PQube and 18Light Game have shared or announced nothing related to NanoApostle’s console release. Currently, the game is strictly a PC release via Steam. Certainly, an unfortunate news for fans who wanted to enjoy the game on their Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and PS5.
While the game is only confirmed for a PC release, a console release isn’t out of the realm of possibility. If the devs find it feasible, then there’s no stopping NanoApostle from arriving on consoles. Plus, being an indie game, it will certainly benefit NanoApostle to go multi-platform. But at the end of the day, the decision lies with 18Light Game and PQube when it comes to deciding whether NanoApostle will go multi-platform or not.
A Twitter user did ask if NanoApostle would be coming to consoles later and the following was what PQube posted as a reply:
“Thank you so much. Just Steam for now, but stay tuned for more info on potential console versions!”

As you can see, a console release is not out of the picture completely. But currently, the main focus for the devs seems to be the PC launch. So, all you can do right now is wait for the devs to share more information on the game and see if a console release is also announced later on.
