Fans of the old-school retro shooter gore games have been waiting for something new and exciting. Well, Hyperviolent is exactly the game that folks have been looking for. Now that the game is in Early Access, players can test out the gameplay mechanics and check if this is the right title for them. Unfortunately, at the moment, only Windows PC users have access to Hyperviolent. Naturally, folks who own PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch are wondering if the devs plan to roll out the game for their platform. As a player, you wish that the devs do this, but on the other hand, there are many background complications involved. Below, we will address the situation, and share all the details on the same, so stick around till the end.
Earlier, devs used to focus on just one platform before rolling out the game to others. Well, everyone had limited resources, and hence the case. But nowadays, it has become a trend to launch a new title for consoles as well as for PC. The sheer demand for video games and the boom in the popularity of consoles has made it possible for everyone to enjoy a variety of titles. But even now, a lot of devs try to tackle one platform at a time. But, there is a big reason behind this. Rushing a game and targeting all the platforms often leads to a hot mess. But even so, PS, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch users are wondering if and when the devs plan to roll out Hyperviolent for their platforms.

Is there a Hyperviolent PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, & Nintendo Switch Release Date?
Folks will be disappointed to know that the devs have not mentioned anything regarding releasing Hyperviolent for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch. As we mentioned before, the game has just rolled out as Early Access for Windows PC (6 April 2023). So, the devs are completely focused on releasing several iterations of the game to further optimize it. Now, this is a very important step that ensures that the final product is free of bugs and issues. But, it also means that other platforms like PS, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch need to wait for quite some time for a release date. So, will the console users ever get to play the game? Well, it is highly possible that the devs might roll out Hyperviolent for Xbox, PS, and Nintendo Switch as well.
The actual gameplay is not too complex. This makes it easier to port the game on other devices. Also, the devs will not want to miss out and ignore such a large majority of gamers. But now the question is, when will the game be released for these platforms? Well, this question can be a little tricky to answer. The devs have stated that the Early Access of the game will probably end towards the mid of 2023. So, it is possible that PC users will get the final version of Hyperviolent by July 2023. If everything goes well, then console users might also get to enjoy the game a couple of months later. Well, we will make sure to update our article once the devs reveal more information.
