Human Fall flat not working on Xbox One & Xbox Series X/S: How to fix it

Human: Fall Flat by developer No Brakes Games was and continues to be a fun puzzle-platformer game, following its original release in 2016. Since then, the game has been made available on multiple platforms and as of March 2023, it has gone on to sell more than 40 million copies. This has effectively made it one of the best-selling video games of all time, outselling giants like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart Wii, Diablo III, and many more. A true testament to how popular and fun the game is. But like any other game out there, it has its fair share of issues. And one of them happens to be affecting Xbox players.

Now the issue here is that the game sometimes doesn’t work for players on Xbox One and the current generation Xbox Series X/S. The culprit here could be anything ranging from game version issues to something to do with the console itself. Nevertheless, you can’t just sit there and wait for the issue to magically go away. So, here are some workarounds for you to try.

For now, you can use the following workarounds to deal with this issue. Try not to skip unless you have already tried a workaround before.

Restart –

You should start the fixing process by trying out the restart method. Basically, what you need to do is restart the game and if that doesn’t work, restart the console too. Use this method, and if the issue continues to exist, check out other workarounds.

Update –

If you haven’t updated both the game and the Xbox, or either one, in a while, we highly recommend that you do so. Keeping your game and the console updated helps in avoiding a lot of issues, and you could possibly do away with this one. However, if you don’t get any helpful results, try another method.

Power cycle the console –

You can also try power cycling the console and see if that helps. For this one, all you need to do is shut down your console, following which you should unplug it. Now wait for a minute or two, and then plug back the console in. Turn on the Xbox, and after that, launch the game.

Check Xbox Status –

The Xbox service’s current status also plays an important role in issues like this. If there’s a major outage or limited services running, then issues such as this one will be frequent. So, what we recommend you do is head over to this Xbox Service Status page and check if every single service is running fine or not.

Switch or add a new profile –

You can also try switching or adding a new profile on your console, and then launch the game from that profile. While we can’t say if this will completely work, nevertheless, give it a try and hope it works. If not, check out the next fix.

Reinstall –

In case none of the aforementioned workarounds were of help to you, we suggest you try the reinstall method. Just delete/uninstall the game from your console and start a new download. Once the download is complete, install the game and check if the issue is still there or not.

Well, that’s all the information we have on this issue. Anyway, if you want to know how to emote in Party Animals, check out this guide. For more guides like this, keep following DigiStatement. Also read: Lethal Company LateCompany Mod: How to get & install it? (Download link inside)
