Huawei Chat Partner is an application software which allows users to install Google apps and services on their Huawei device. Recently, Huawei devices were blocked from installing the google applications as a result of ban by the Google and it was really annoying for the Huawei users to work without a google search engine.
The app lets you overcome the issue of Google not certifying Huawei smartphones. It bypasses the Play protect and hence bypasses the uncertified status set by Google.
But the Partner app doesn’t seem to work fine for the users. Many users have posted thread on the Official Huawei Community page claiming error in the app.
A user said that he had installed the Chat Partner (Huawei-GMS) on his Huawei MediaPad Pro but when he tried to run the app, it failed and a message popped up saying “Network error”. The user further confirmed that his internet is working perfectly fine and there seems to be bug in the app itself. Have a look at the screenshot of the post: –
Looking at the comments of the post, the problem seems to be same for other devices too like Huawei P40 lite 5G and Huawei Y7 P. If you are facing the same issue then don’t worry. We are going to share you the solution to this problem that has worked fine for many users.
