The way you can switch to the first-person perspective in Minecraft on different platforms is pretty simple. Likewise, each version of Minecraft on each of the platforms has a different way to access the first-person view in the game.

For Windows PC or MAC:

You have to simply hit the F5 key on your keyboard to switch your perspective from third-person view to first-person view.

For Nintendo Switch:

You have to simply press down on the left joy-con stick to switch your perspective in the game. Likewise, you can quickly switch from a third-person to a first-person view.

For the Minecraft Pocket Edition on Android and iOS:

You have to first pause the game and go into the game’s Settings. Then, you have to go to the ‘Video’ option. In the Video options, you have to select the ‘Camera Perspective’ option to switch your perspective in the game.

For the PlayStation 3 as well as the PlayStation 4:

It is very simple to switch your perspective in the game. Likewise, you can simply do this by pressing down on the left stick on your PlayStation Dualshock controller.

For the Xbox 360 as well as Xbox One:

You can switch from a third-person view to a first-person view on the Xbox consoles by pressing down on the left control stick on your Xbox controller.

For the Nintendo Wii U:

The only thing you have to do to simply switch to a first-person view in the game is to press down on the left stick.
