First fix
It is a very simple and common fix (Only If you have an external storage device connected)
- Firstly, you must open Settings.
- Then you have to go to the devices.
- After that, you must open USB storage device.
- In USB storage device you will see the external hard disk that is connected to your PS.
- you must click on “Stop using this extended storage”.
As it is presumed that the app is downloaded in your external hard disk and the PS4 is not showing that app but it is present there and this setting will stop the use of the external hard disk.

- open the account management.
- In the account management open restore license.
- And click on restore license.
