The above-mentioned error is accompanied by a message that reads:
The Internet connection may be unstable, and the latest update file for the application cannot be found.
The error is related to network connectivity and system updates. Here are some steps you can follow to overcome this error:
- Restart your PS5 console.
- It is advisable to always use wired connections for your console. They provide better speed and reliability as compared to wireless connections
- If you cannot use wired connections, try to reduce the distance between your console and your network device. Make sure there aren’t any obstructions between them.
- Switch off your router and modem, and wait at least 5 minutes. Restart your router and modem.

- Make sure your PS5 is up to date. You can do this by connecting your console to the internet and downloading the latest update file.
