Nintendo Switch

Nintendo Switch is troubling a lot of its consumers by showing unreasonable glitches in Audio and Sound Area. Many players from Nintendo Switch community are facing issue  of “No Sound” in Nintendo Switch. But, here we are to help you out with these things. In this article, we are going to talk about several methods by which you can fix “No Sound” issue in your Nintendo Switch. So here are certain methods:

Update

First of all, you need to check whether there is a firmware update pending or not. If it is pending, try updating your console. If you are lucky and issue is caused by a minor bug, then the update may take care of this issue. After the update, the system restarts on it’s own. However, if it does not happen make sure to restart your console manually.

Unpair your Headphones

If you are using a Bluetooth Headphone while playing with your console, consider un-pairing it from your Nintendo Switch alternatively. Simply, disconnected the Bluetooth transmitter so that the sound routes back to console’s speakers.

Check System Settings

When “Mute when disconnected” option is enabled, you will be experiencing no sound when you disconnect your headphones. You must disable this option either by pressing the volume buttons after you disconnect your headphones from the console or by disabling it from the settings by following these simple steps:

  • Go to the home screen of Nintendo.
  • Select System Settings Icon.
  • Now scroll down and select System Tab.
  • Now, check whether “Mute when headphones are Disconnected” option is ON.
  • Turn it off

Restart the Application

If all these mentioned solutions does not provide any solution for your problem, try restarting your Application

If none of these methods helped you to get your sound back, then this issue can also be related to Hardware Problems. To fix this, you can visit to a nearby Nintendo Store or ask Nintendo’s Customer Support for a repair help.
