This particular error was observed by a Twitter user called Lance McDonald. Here are some steps that can help you fix the issue:
- Disconnect your PS5 console from the internet. If the download didn’t complete entirely, it’s better to download the game from the disc.
- Delete the incomplete game data. Make sure there is no incomplete data present in your console.
- Insert the game disc in your console.
- Once the disc is inserted, install the application using the disc.
- Make sure your system software is up to date. PS5 discs enable users to update their system software updates.
- Once your application is downloaded, reconnect your PS5 to the internet again.
