Minecraft Java Lag Fix : Here’s how you can do it in 2021

Playing Minecraft is one of the ultimate ways of killing time, considering all of the wide variety of things you can do alone or with a bunch of friends in a world, but in this article, we will be taking a look at how exactly you can delete a world on Minecraft, be it to start fresh or simply conserve memory. Make sure to follow closely for the best results! Right, let’s get into it.

Regardless of which platform you are playing Minecraft on, first up, what you will need to do is actually go into the main menu screen of Minecraft. In case you are already loaded into a world, click on the options button and select quit to the main menu.

Now, in the main menu screen, enter the Worlds menu and click on the pencil edit icon that is next to the world that you would like to delete. This will take you into the Edit World section. Here, under the Game tab, scroll down to the very bottom to find the Delete World option.

Keep in mind that this deletion cannot be reversed, so you may want to double-check if you are indeed in the right edit world menu, since you would not want to do away with hundreds of hours of effort of you and your friends all with one single elementary mistake. Once you are absolutely certain, click on the Delete World option.

In case you have mistakenly deleted a world you did not mean to delete, you may have a way of recovering it if you are using a PlayStation 4. To recover it, you will have to go into the manage storage option in the settings and look at the saved data that Minecraft has stored. You should be able to recover it from this page.

We hope this quick and easy guide on how you can delete a world on Minecraft helped you out. Cheers!
