After two years of hiatus, Haikyuu Season 4 premiere episode kicked off with full hype of what coming next. The first episode, titled “Introductions,” set the stage for a new challenge for Hinata.
In the beginning, he lost a bet with Kageyama for jumping higher, and when Kageyama was invited to play for the All-Japan Youth Team, he gets mad. When the team got to know that Tsuki has received an invitation from an alternative camp in Shiratorizawa, Hinata decided to sneak in the camp. He showed up on the first day of the camp, and when he gets caught, Coach Anabara took him into the office to talk with coach Ukai and manager Takeda. Hinata apologized to them, but also cleared his intentions to become stronger.
Coach Washijō came in and took the phone from Hinata. He told Ukai that he is taking Hinata in as a ball boy. In the end, he surprised everyone with his introduction as a ball boy.
In Haikyuu Season 4 Episode 2, we will see the first day of the training camp at the Shiratorizawa. Hinata will adapt his position as a ball boy and observe the other players from an entirely new sight. While seeing the game, he will decide to keep moving forward to become stronger.
