Install the latest system software update –

You can resolve this error code by updating your console’s system software. Likewise, the error code may be a result of out-of-date system software. Therefore, you can close the application, and install the latest System Software. You can do this by following the steps below:

  1. First and foremost, you have to go to the PlayStation 4/ PlayStation 5 Home screen.
  2. Next up, you have to select the console’s Settings.
  3. Then, you have to select System Software Update.
  4. Your console then looks for available system software updates and installs them.

Move the game to the internal HDD drive –

This error code in the game may be a result of your installation drive. Likewise, players who have upgraded the Hard Disk Drive (“HDD”) in their system may have to re-install the original HDD. This is mainly because of the fact that the performance, as well as the stability of games, are better on the internal HDD.

Initialise your console –

In some cases, this error code in the game is fixable by performing the initialization of your console. Therefore, players can simply back up their saved data, go to Settings, then go to Initialisation and choose Initialise PS4 or PS5.

Turn off face recognition on your console –

Players who have an HD camera attached to their console may face the error due to face recognition. Therefore, you can simply turn off this feature to resolve the issue. You can do this by following the steps below:

  1. Firstly, you have to go to your PlayStation Home screen.
  2. Next up, you have to select Settings.
  3. Then, you have to select User and select Login Settings.
  4. Finally, you have to uncheck Enable Face Recognition.

Switch to a lower display setting –

The error may also be a result of the display settings. Therefore, you can lower the display settings to resolve the error code. You can do this by following the steps below:

  1. Firstly, you have to go to your PlayStation Home screen.
  2. Next up, you have to select Settings and select Video Output
  3. Then, you have to select Settings and choose Resolution.
  4. Finally, you can select a different resolution or the default resolution.
