April 8 – Server Maintenance
Fortnite is currently down for scheduled server maintenance. According to the official statement by Fortnite Status on Twitter, the game servers will shut down for maintenance on Wednesday, April 8th starting from 2 AM ET (0600 UTC). Also, the servers will undergo maintenance for few hours and during this time, the game will be unavailable.

We have a maintenance patch requiring downtime scheduled to release on April 8. Downtime will begin at 2 AM ET (0600 UTC). We’ll provide updates both when downtime begins and ends.
