At the time of writing this article, there has been no solid confirmation from Epic regarding the release date for Chapter 4 Season 4 of Fortnite. Season 3 of Chapter 4, saw its release on June 9, 2023, so it’s pretty early for the dev team to announce anything related to the launch of Season 4.
Season 3 End Date and Season 4 Speculation
Now, Epic might not have said anything about the upcoming Season 4, but we do have some general ideas about it. The current Chapter 4 Season 3 is supposed to end on August 25, 2023, if the battle pass end date is taken into account. Furthermore, recent seasons in Fortnite have usually lasted 70–90 days with some downtime. And by considering all these aspects, we are quite confident that Chapter 4 Season 4 of Fortnite will be released sometime around the end of August (August 26, 2023) or the first week of September 2023. However, as we already said earlier, this is all guesswork at best, so take it with a pinch of salt. Since Epic Games has been delaying season releases for quite some time, the same could happen for Season 4’s release, but we cannot say for sure.
Talking about content, as per leaks, a first-person mode might be coming to the game in the upcoming season. And, if you were waiting for the Doctor Who collab, we hate to break it to you, but it has been delayed. Right now, we cannot say anything for sure regarding what new content will be featured in the upcoming update.
