Having a companion that chats with you in a video game is quite pleasant. But, Cuff can be a little too talkative in Forspoken. Therefore, a lot of players are wondering if there is a way to make this magical bracelet talk less. Fortunately for you, there is a way to do so. Now, most players, although annoyed, are alright with the talking. But, Cuff and Frey use a lot of NSFW words and not everyone is comfortable with this. So, if you also want to reduce Cuff’s chat frequency but don’t know how to, then you have come to the right place for instructions.
Forspoken is a great action RPG. Although the game has some performance issues at the moment, most players are quite happy with the story and the overall gameplay mechanics. The plot will take you through Athia as you play Frey. Frey gets transported to this land in a mysterious way. Now, she has magical abilities that also shield her from the plague that has covered Athia. So, your goal is to help the people of Athia and also try to get back to your home. Cuff will be beside you throughout your journey as you explore the map and fight monsters.

Forspoken: How to change Cuff’s Chat Frequency?
As we mentioned before, there is a way to change Cuff’s chat frequency in Forspoken. To do this, you will first need to launch the game and then head over to Settings. Now click on the Accessibility Settings option at the bottom right corner of the screen. Here, you will find a lot of tabs but you will need to find the one named Cuff Settings. Under this tab, you will find the Chat Frequency option. Here, you can set the frequency to Minimal. Now, simply exit the settings and enjoy the game.
Once you set Cuff’s chat frequency to minimal, you will notice that it is talking a lot less. Now, if you wanted to reduce the frequency due to the cuss words, then, unfortunately, there is currently no way to disable the NSFW words in the game. Frey will speak these words quite often. But, reducing Cuff’s chat frequency will ensure that they come up a lot fewer times. We hope that the devs roll out a patch and include an option to completely turn off the NSFW words in the game. Well, this brings us to the end of this article. Stay tuned to Digi Statement for more such guides.
