Fans were delighted with the bombshell news that a Dying Light 2 would be coming soon. Have a look at the leaked picture:
Well, the picture isn’t exactly the clearest. However, it’s easy enough to see exactly what this banner says. At the very bottom is the text for the title of the game, which is, obviously, Dying Light 2. The promotional title includes the “2” stylized in red colour. Also, the name of this much-anticipated sequel is Stay Human, as seen below the title. At the upper end of the banner, the details of the date and time of the event are seen. The date is, of course, the 27th of May, 2021. The time mentioned in the banner is 9 PM CEST, Central European Summer Time. That translates to 12:30 AM IST. In case you’d like to see the event live, that means you’d have to stay up a while to do so.
All we fans can do now is wait and hope that this event provides us with a gameplay trailer for this game, at long last. There have been a few suggestions that this event could just be a Q&A. If that is indeed the case, it could be a massive letdown for all involved. While a cinematic trailer would not, by any means, be a disappointment, I think we all know what we really want from this event. A gameplay trailer would be absolutely amazing.
