The e-sports organization Ninjas in Pajamas may sign the Mudgolems Dota 2 roster. According to Metaratings, the club is already negotiating with the team members. The parties did not confirm this information.
Ninjas in Pajamas ended its collaboration with the previous roster on November 30th. Representatives of the organization said that given the instability of the competitive scene of Dota 2, supporting the top-8 roster in Europe seems financially disadvantageous for it.
The Mudgolems lineup was formed in September 2020. The team qualified for ESL One Germany 2020 – Online, where they took third place, reached the final of BTS Pro Series Season 3, and also got into the first division of EPIC League Season 2. Mudgolems have performed well in the tournaments that they have played. They enjoy a 71% win rate in 35 matches. The team has grabbed around $60,000 in the two months they have been together. The team also gathered praise from fans for their performance and ending a 20 series streak on Team Secret. They have a good balance of experience and robust players. BoraNija has been one of the biggest reason for their incredible performance.
Earlier Mudgolems announced that they were looking for an organization to perform in the next season of the Dota Pro Circuit. Three team members – Adrian Fata Trinks, Neta 33 Shapira and Oliver Skiter Lepko – have already represented NiP in 2019. Together they finished third at DreamLeague Season 12, and also took part in ESL One Hamburg 2019 and DOTA Summit 11.
