@BatFlip1 @TeamYouTube I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. It is still freezing. I tried in on another TV and same thing. On the same TV, DisneyPlus and Netflix works. What is the issue? This is the 2nd issue I am experiencing since I purchased the service last week.

So far, there is no official response from the company representatives. We certainly hope that the issue will be resolved quickly.
