Remember those days when we used to collect Digimon cards? Our childhood’s coming back in the best way possible: A new game! In 2021, Bandai Namco Entertainment will release Digimon Survive, a survival strategy role-playing video game developed by Witchcraft and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Microsoft Windows.
The story’s course, as well as Digimon’s digivolution process, is influenced by the player’s decisions. Different routes and digivolutions can arise after several playthroughs. There will be numerous endings in the game, and people will be murdered if they make incorrect decisions. There are several sorts of gameplay in the game, including “Drama Parts,” “Search Action,” “Free Action,” and “Free Battle.” The game progresses as a text adventure during “Drama Parts” to explain the plot. The player seeks a means to survive in “Search Actions.” In “Free Action,” the player has a limited amount of time to decide where to go and who to chat to. The user can access select regions to train their Digimon and gather things during “Free Battle.”
During spring break, Takuma Momozuka, Minoru Hyuuga, Aoi Shibuya, Saki Kimijima, Ryou Tominaga, Shuuji Kayama, Kaito Shinonome, Miu Shinonome, and other students are participating in a history studies extracurricular activities camp. On the second day, Takuma, Minoru, and Aoi go to a well-known local temple to examine the mythology of the “Beast Gods” (Kemonogami), who would be honoured during a festival. They come upon Koromon and then hear screams as they explore. Koromon and the others rush to the source, where they see their classmates being assaulted by Digimon. Koromon transforms into Agumon and chases away the Digimon. Takuma and the others realise they’ve entered another universe at this moment.
