  • To change the language in Diablo 4, go to the game’s main screen menu.
  • Now, press the Options button and a new menu will pop open at the center of your screen having Diablo 4’s official logo at the top. This menu will contain choices such as Return, Options, Credits, and Logout.
  • Proceed to click on the Options button and a new window will appear containing tabs such as Graphics, Sound, Gameplay, Controls, Social, and Accessibility.
  • Go to the Accessibility tab, and scroll down till you locate a subheading called ‘Subtitles’. The subheading will contain options such as Text Locale and Speech Locale.
  • Alongside these options, you might witness the option chosen as ‘English’ in the drop-down box. Proceed to click on the drop-down box and you will get a list of languages to choose from.
  • Save your changes in settings and close the window.
