Diablo 4 Error Code 300008: How to fix it?
There are a couple of workarounds to fix Error Code 300008 in Diablo 4. This issue is generally triggered by server downtimes or when the game is unable to connect with the servers. We have mentioned all the methods that will help you fix this issue.
1) Restart the game-
First and foremost, you should restart the game if you encounter this issue. This generally fixes small glitches that sometimes trigger these types of problems in video games. Once you do so, check if you are able to log into the game.
2) Check your internet connection-
This goes without saying that you need to be connected to the internet while you log into the game with your character. So, make sure that you are getting a decent internet speed and have a stable connection. We also recommend power cycling your router and modem just in case. To do this, just follow these instructions-
- Disconnect all the devices from the internet.
- Power off your router and mode.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds before turning back the devices on.
- Only connect your PC/Console to the internet and check if the issue persists.
3) Check for server downtimes-
As we mentioned before, you might run into this error if the game’s servers are down. So, visit DownDetector or the game’s Twitter handle to check if the servers are currently down for maintenance. Well, if the servers are down, then your only choice is to wait for them to come back online.
4) Keep trying to log in-
Now, this might sound like a brute-force method but it seems to have helped a lot of players. Since Diablo 4 is getting a lot of new players each day, the servers sometimes struggle to keep up with a large number of login attempts. So, you should keep trying to log into the game even when you get Error Code 300008. Note that this can sometimes take up to 10-15 minutes.
5) Log in at another time-
It is possible that you are trying to log into the game during rush hours. As we mentioned before, this puts a strain on the game’s servers. So, if you run into this error, then we recommend waiting for some time and then trying to log back into the game. You should also try Enabling/Disabling VPNs if you use one to play Diablo 4.
